Annual landlord gas safety check by Gas Safe registered engineers, with an optional boiler service in the same visit.
EICR
Electrical Installation Condition Report by SELECT registered electricians, with PAT testing available.
Legionella risk assessment
A non intrusive inspection of the water system, with a written report and a control programme to follow.
Energy Performance Certificate
The EPC you need to advertise and let a property, with recommendations to improve the rating.
Smoke, heat and CO alarms
Interlinked smoke and heat alarms plus carbon monoxide alarms, supplied and fitted to Scottish standards.
